My sweet and thoughtful husband was kind enough to buy me an iPad 2 in October as an early Christmas gift. I do not have an iPhone or even iPod. I love having this, that I can carry around with me especially around the house, no matter what I am doing.
I like to be able to look things up, access my email, read or play Angry birds. I also love that I can watch t.v. Shows or movies, via Netflix or HBO Go. I also really enjoy playing Trivial Pursuit with Wallace.
Wallace also got us a new all-in-one printer for Christmas, which is iPrint capable which is very helpful for so many things. I can print out recipes and shopping lists.
Wallace and I can use FaceTime to chat while he is in Harrisburg. Savannah is also glad to see Daddy on the iPad when he isn't at home, she can show him things from school or just talk to him.
Of all the gifts I've been given, this is certainly one of the best I have ever received.
Don't tell Wallace, but I think I might really like having an iPhone, too!
