phew, we're here. things are still in piles here and there. some things that should be upstairs are in the basement, and some things that should be in the basement are upstairs.
but, we're here. and, i really really like living in a house.
of course, there has been a small snag to all of this... wallace currently is not employed, as the last day at his former company was a week ago yesterday.
this fact puts a bit of a damper on doing much in the new house plans.
but, it seems as if he may have found a much better job, already. we should know by Tuesday. it looks like a senior graphic designer moving into an art director position. and the salary is a possible bordering on comfortable up to the actual comfortable range. i can't tell you how much i yearn to be comfortable for a change.
please keep your fingers crossed for him (us).
i am sure i will write more soon. but, it's still difficult for me to say a lot when there seems to be so much that is uncertain.
i'm thinking happy and positive thoughts, and hoping like hell that this all turns out to be a better thing than any of us had ever thought.
